Acceasy Dive Room Manager

Project Whiteboard

Ideate and coordinate new projects. Create and share documents to R2 cloud storage, and trigger Alfred (Hermes) to spin up Notebooks.

Cooperative Agent Flow: Add files or paste text documents for your project. Clicking "Trigger Alfred" flags the item in Cloudflare KV. Alfred (Hermes) will detect it in the background, spin up a dedicated NotebookLM notebook, upload all documents, and return the link back here!

Acceasy Live Automation

Generate the exact Alfred/uix command to start a new IFBP broadcast, update the Hostinger public and internal embeds, run health checks, and stop the current broadcast when finished.

Operational boundary: the hosted Control Panel cannot SSH into Hostinger from the browser. The permanent automation runs from Hermes/desktop through ~/.hermes/bin/uix live ..., using the encrypted Control Panel vault and the hostinger-uix SSH alias.

Start Broadcast

Caption pipeline: AI captions are Hetzner-native. Alfred/uix only triggers the server worker; no local ffmpeg, no Cloudflare Worker, and no R2 caption route. Caption faults are non-blocking for video playback.

Leave timing fields blank to use uix presets. Public viewers run behind the internal/interpreter view by the lead value. Sync base is the internal view's offset behind the live edge (public target = base + lead); DW uses a higher base so its tight segments don't starve the internal view. Internal captions default to near-live.

Run uix live start to create a broadcaster and generate the URL.

Public Page Monitor Power Console
To stop the server manually from the browser, open the Power Console. To invoke the permanent automation via Alfred, say “Finish the current broadcast”; Alfred will run uix live finish.

Live Timing

Live tuning: public lead, public caption delay, sync base, and internal caption delay apply during the event through /embed-tuning. Connected players converge in roughly 10 seconds; no public viewer refresh is required. Note: changing sync base retargets both views.
